Deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing for laser-cut and punched parts in a single pass.

  • Three operations in one pass: belt deburring, rotary-brush edge rounding, fleece-belt surface finishing
  • Eight abrasive rotary brushes produce a true radius up to 2.0 mm on every cut edge
  • Automatic wear compensation holds the edge profile consistent across the life of the tooling
  • Quick-change processing units swap deburring, edge rounding, and finishing tools without hardware
  • ARKU Wizard software auto-adjusts the machine to material and thickness from one operator entry
